 We offer our clients all across canada, free shipping. We primarily use Canada Post Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel to deliver your order.

 Order tracking : once your order is shipped out, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in design, size, and color may occur.



Saskatchewan residents will be charged PST and GST on their purchases.

All purchases made by Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST.

If you live in British Columbia, you will be charged 12% HST on your  purchases.

If you live in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland and Labrador, you will be charged 13% HST on your  purchases.

Returns & Replacements 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just wasn't what you thought it should be, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for you. We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving your order via email  Contact Us  so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Shipping charges on the original purchase are non-refundable. The balance of the transaction will be refunded to your credit card. Marrakech Market is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned or exchanged. It is recommended that a tracking number is obtained from the shipper. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging for a complete refund.

Returns and exchanges within Saskatoon are free.

How do I set up an account?

Simply click on the ‘My ACCOUNT’ link located in the top right-hand menu and fill out the required fields.

Why should I create an online account

Creating an online account with allows you to place orders quickly and easily without having to enter all your personal information each time you place an order. With an account, you’ll also be able to create a Wish List and keep a history of all your orders, among other things. Be assured, any information you provide to us is held in the strictest confidence and your privacy is guaranteed.

How do I place an order? 

Ordering at is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away. You can also put your items on hold by leaving them in your shopping cart or on your wish list to access when you wish at a later date.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Upon placing an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there. Otherwise Contact Us  and we will confirm your order.
